Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Soak the bread in 100 ml of the milk, then squeeze dry, reserving the leftover milk.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.

Add curry powder, turmeric, salt, and minced beef, frying until browned throughout.

Mash the soaked bread and stir it into the meat along with the raisins until fully combined.
